We brought together some of the most aggressive minds from the military, corporate and academic circles to develop a unique leadership coaching process that starts by leveraging well-known, validated survey tools combined with our own proprietary assessment processes to generate a complete, unbridled picture of who the individual is and what makes them tick. Leadership coaching is about creating self-awareness and openness and eagerness to change. We know that fear and ego are barriers to getting there. Our initial assessment methodology helps cut through the fear and ego quickly so we can get to the business of helping leaders become the best version of themselves. That’s just our starting point.
From there, we develop a tailored plan based on the individual’s specific goals, strengths, weaknesses, and motivations. Most importantly, we help leaders identify limitations to attaining their best self…and then we help them bulldoze through those limitations. Traditional business experts say that goals must be S.M.A.R.T…Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-Bound. We say that your personal development goals should be specific, measurable, and time-bound, but we know it is a person’s sense of their own personal limits that have defined what is attainable and realistic for them. The Stronghold coaching program helps tear down those self-imposed walls, look more closely in the mirror at what drives them, work to uncover unknown strengths and weaknesses, examine interpersonal communication strategies, and build other critical leadership skills.
